We ship 3 days a week on Mondays, Thursday and Fridays. Public Holidays for QLD may cause a delay in shipment. Orders placed before 12 Noon will be shipped same day where possible. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Mondays. Orders placed Tuesday and Wednesday will be shipped on Thursdays

Pre-ordered Games are shipped a day or two before the game's official release to ensure you have the best possible chance of receiving it on the day of release. All other pre ordered items are shipped within 24 hours of their delivery into the store.

Pre-Ordered Figures can be included in an order with stock we have in store. However your order will be held until all stock is available to be sent. Please take note of pre order dates when ordering these items. If you would prefer to receive the stock in separate orders please note an additional $9 fee will apply for shipping and handling. We offer free in store pick up to all customers with access to our store at the below address. Items will be paid for in full through the website and stock will be retained at the store until your earliest convenience.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Our return policy is addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You can return items that you have purchased from Brutal Deluxe Online back to us via the post or to our store located in Grand Central Shopping Centre Toowoomba.

Brutal Deluxe will exchange or refund any products received in faulty or damaged condition. If you receive any items faulty or damaged, contact us immediately on 07 46323 533 to inform us of the fault and ensure that the products are in their original packaging (complete with receipt), and in the same condition you received them in. Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.

 

Our store policy on Funko POP Vinyls:

Funko Pop Vinyls are a mass produced toy line. Funko have their own Quality Control program to ensure the product they are producing meet with their company standards. As a retailer, we look over the products to ensure they are the correct items and to discard any obviously defective items.

As a mass produced toy line, there are variations in the manufacturing process that do occur. This can include but is not limited to, slight creases or scuff marks on packaging, minor paint variations, stickers included or not included on boxes etc etc. These are all considered "minor variations" in a mass produced product. You should also keep in mind that the packaging of these products are exactly that, a way to get the actual POP vinyl from A to B. They are designed to assist retailers and Funko themselves to promote and sell what is actually inside the box - the collectable toy.

We will not be replacing or refunding products that have "minor variations". The products are still fit for their intended purpose, which is a fun collectable toy to play with or display and there is nothing further we, as a retailer, can do for customers seeking a pristine product.

What is considered a "mint" or "pristine" Pop! Vinyl collectable toy or what is deemed an "issue" with a Pop! is a subjective view held by the individual and varies widely from consumer to consumer.

These products have passed Funko QC and have been deemed fit for retail markets across the globe by Funko. If you have a particular issue with the quality of Funko's products, please contact Funko through their website at www.funko.com to provide that feedback.

For those collectors that are fastidious about pristine boxes, it is recommended you also purchase a POP! Protector with your item for it to be shipped in.

As stated by Funko - "WE DESIGN OUR PACKAGING TO PROTECT THE COLLECTIBLES INSIDE, AND WE DO NOT SEAL OUR BOXES FOR THIS VERY REASON. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO TAKE YOUR POP! FIGURES AND OTHER PRODUCTS OUT OF THE BOXES TO ENJOY THEM! EVEN IF YOU CHOOSE TO KEEP YOUR FIGURES IN THE BOXES, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REPLACE PACKAGING."

 

Video Games

Unfortunately PC games or any game with registration codes or DLC cannot be returned once opened unless there is a physical fault (i.e., the disc is cracked), upon which we are happy to provide a replacement of the damaged item.

If you are unable to provide a valid receipt and/or 7 days has passed since the original purchase date, Brutal Deluxe at its absolute discretion reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind. In such cases, Brutal Deluxe may, at its absolute discretion, provide you with an exchange to the current value of the merchandise.

We also reserve the right to charge you for any postage costs incurred for returns, should a refund or exchange be declined or if you’ve changed your mind. If you've requested an exchange of a product that you’ve purchased online, we’ll do our best to fulfil your request, however please note that this is subject to stock availability.

Brutal Deluxe is not required to provide you with a copy of your original receipt to facilitate an exchange, refund, insurance or warranty claim. 


Exclusions

Please choose carefully when purchasing the following merchandise as change of mind returns will not be provided on the below merchandise.

  • Online games or products requiring an activation code

Other Returns

Brutal Deluxe will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund or repair where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description; and
  • You can present your Brutal Deluxe register receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

 

Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed within a reasonable period of time. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair. If the failure is minor, we will repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item) within a reasonable time. Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Brutal Deluxe cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair, whether the fault is identified by Brutal Deluxe, the manufacturer or their service agent. Brutal Deluxe will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
